8. Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited in the Pits, Taxi Zone and Flying Field area. Members or visitors bringing pets are to ensure that they are securely restrained either in the club house compound or within their vehicle.

9. Visitors
Visitors to the Club are always welcome. They are to be managed as follows

A. MAAA Members visiting to use the Clubs Flying Facility
MAAA members who visit the club with the express intention of flying their models are required to:
i Present a current MAAA membership card to a committee member. The committee member will ensure that the visitor is briefed on the Club’s By Laws.
ii Enter their details in the Club’s Visitors Book.
iii Strictly adhere to the Clubs 20 KHz Frequency Spacing Policy.
iv Ascertain if a financial member of the club who holds the same frequency is present and if so, liase with the Club member for a time to fly. In the event that the Club is hosting a competition event, the event participants have frequency priority.
v Observe all of the Club’s By Laws.
vi Treat the clubs facilities with care and respect.

MAAA visiting Members are permitted to use the Club’s facilities 3 times per membership year only.
